Pane Hopper ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the data you handle when using our mobile application.
Pane Hopper is designed as an offline-first application. All customer details, job entries, equipment logs, maintenance records, PDF invoices, and attached photos remain stored locally on your device.
If you choose to enable Household Cloud Sync (a Pro feature), your job, expense, and equipment records are synchronized securely using end-to-end device linking. We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties.
Pane Hopper requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely to allow you to attach before/after job photos and expense receipt photos. These photos remain strictly on your local device unless included in PDF invoices you export.
Location permissions are used strictly on-demand to assist in auto-filling job site addresses and optimizing daily route sequences. Location data is never broadcasted or sold.
In-app purchase transactions for Pane Hopper Pro are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Billing systems. We do not collect or store your payment details or credit card information.
